Federation calls on authorities to remove asbestos

Catalonia’s federation of neighbourhood associations, Confavc, has urged the authorities to immediately begin removing the asbestos that remains in local areas, in order to comply with European Union directives. This was one of the main claims that came out of the federation’s 34th assembly, which was held yesterday in the city of Sabadell.
