The Rosas company’s Achterland makes a comeback
For a limited time only (until Saturday) you can see Achterland at the Mercat de les Flors in Barcelona.
Achterland is a Rosas company choreography, a modern dance classic. It came out in 1990 and was performed until 1999. Twenty years later the original choreographer, Teresa de Keersmaeker, has decided to bring it back. The cast is made up of members of Rosas’ current company and Achterland has been on tour around the world since March. The production is scheduled to appear in Barcelona over the next few days.
