Boateng arrives to strengthen Barça squad
Barcelona have signed Kevin-Prince Boateng on loan from Sassuolo until the end of the season, an operation which costs the club a million euros and includes an €8 million purchase option. He will replace Munir in the front line and is Barça’s second winter market signing. Boateng passed his medical yesterday, signed the contract and then set foot on the Camp Nou turf before offering his first press conference, in which he stated “I was desperate to come, it’s an opportunity I couldn’t turn down.”
