Girona take on Alavés at the Montilivi stadium
Girona welcome Alavés to the Montilivi stadium at 6.30pm this evening, in a clash between two teams looking to win a European spot in La Liga this season. Alavés are currently in fourth place with 31 points, while Girona are on 23 points in ninth place in the table. However, the Catalans have a number of injuries and will be without Benítez, Mojica, Pons and Roberts, with Carles Planas and Doumbia both doubts. The visitors are in better shape, and will only be unable to call on the injured Rodrigo Ely.
