Tax Office returns €1.6bn to over 2.1m taxpayers
The Tax Office has returned €1.6 billion to over 2.1 milion Catalan taxpayers. The official figures for 2018 show that 93% of taxpayers in Catalonia have received their rebates from their declarations for 2017. Over 3.5 million people in Catalonia declared tax, 0.9% more than the previous year. Over 96% of taxpayers have received their rebates in Spain as a whole.
