New rental bikes to be installed in Barcelona

Leaders of Barcelona City Council and Pedalem presented the new Bicing service yesterday. From January 8th, the replacement of the 424 stations will take three months, in which time the old and new systems will coexist. The transition will begin in Nou Barris and Sant Andreu and will add a thousand bikes, totaling 6,000 mechanical and 1,000 electric.
