R4 rail line back in operation after Vacarisses crash
The stretch of railway on the Renfe R4 line between Manresa and Terrassa returned to normal operation this weekend, a month after a landslide derailed a train near Vacarisses. The accident caused the death of one passenger, with another 50 injured, five of them seriously. The electrical system that was damaged has also been repaired and is functioning normally.
