Public transport grows by 5 million in first quarter
More than 235 million travellers used Barcelona’s public transport system in the first four months of 2018 which represents an increase of 2.2% compared to the same period last year, according to data made public by Metropolitan Area of Barcelona (AMB). This represents , in real numbers, an increase of 4.95 million users. The increase is shown in both bus and metro services.
