Fines for incorrect rubbish disposal in Terrassa up 217%

Fines issued for incorrectly disposing of rubbish in Terrassa went up 217% in 2018. In all, some 596 fines were issued for a value of 182,000 euros. Some 66% of the fines issued were for the incorrect use of rubbish containers, while other fines were for such infractions as leaving large unwanted items on the street without arranging for them to be picked up.
