Maragall: “BCN’s next mayor must push for republic”

Over 30 mayors from the Republican Leftist Party (ERC) came together in Sant Vicenç dels Horts (Barcelona) this Sunday to sign a declaration reaffirming their determination to act on the results of the 1-O referendum. Ernest Maragall, the ERC mayoral candidate for Barcelona, said, “the next mayor of Barcelona must do whatever is necessary to bring the republic into effect”.
