Palacín: “Education department needs radical innovation”
The Director of the Bofill Foundation is interviewed in today’s Nacional section, on educational challenges in Catalonia.
Tell us about the Foundation’s work:
We’ve always tried to bring critical thinking to social issues. When Catalonia had its own administrations, we worked across social challenges, including immigration, social exclusion, democracy and education. The greatest controversy now is that education is stratified by class. Last century Catalonia had an amazing social ladder, which is now gone.
