Different opinions on effect of Brexit on Catalonia
The World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) said they believe a “hard Brexit” could result in a loss of 25,000 tourism jobs in Spain. But Jacint Soler, director of international relations of Pimec, said tourism does not have to suffer, since the British will not need visas to travel here for up to 90 days over 6 months, according to the terms proposed by the EU.
