49 people rescued 15 days ago finally allowed to land

The 49 im­mi­grants who have been wait­ing to land for more than two weeks after being res­cued in the Mediter­ranean will be set down in Malta. Ger­many, Por­tu­gal, France, Ire­land, Ro­ma­nia, Lux­em­bourg, Hol­land and Italy, each agreed to take some of them in. The Ital­ian in­te­rior min­is­ter Mat­teo Salvini, was an­noyed by the de­ci­sion made by the PM and re­fuses to take peo­ple in.
