Optimism as Brazil welcomes extreme right Bolsonaro

There is an atmosphere of optimism in Brazil, where the economy has not grown in years. The country appears to be welcoming Jair Bolsonaro, the extreme-right wing president-elect, who will take office tomorrow, on the basis that he will bring prosperity. According to a Datafolha survey, 65% of those surveyed believe the economic situation will get better, nationally, in the next few months, 67% believed their personal income situation would improve in the same time period, and only 9% of Brazilians thought their situation would get any worse.
