Generalitat and agricultural sector say no to PAC

The Cata­lan gov­ern­ment’s min­is­ter of agri­cul­ture, live­stock, fish­eries and food, Teresa Jordà, along­side Cata­lan agri­cul­tural and live­stock or­ga­ni­za­tions, is op­pos­ing the new pro­posal for a com­mon agri­cul­tural pol­icy (PAC) for the pe­riod 2021-2027, after a meet­ing held yes­ter­day. “We do not like the pro­posal Eu­rope pre­sented us with and we can say it with­out fear” said Jordà in a press con­fer­ence after sign­ing a joint strat­egy.
